Her teaching spans strategy, change management, and agile organizational design. Her research focuses on innovative organizational architectures and new forms of leadership.
Before joining HEC Paris, Véronique worked as an internal auditor at Nestlé and later as Chief Financial Officer for two fast-growing international companies. She is a graduate of HEC Paris (Grande École) and holds a PhD in Management Science.
